Competitive Football to finish a one round League for season 2020/21 will resume on June 7th and will be completed by July 18th at the latest. This was announced by the Galway and District League after discussions with the FAI.
All club sides have returned to training with players in all sporting codes being busy for a number of weeks. We wish all our club sides the very best.
The Brampton Academy for 2020/21 (u6-10) will run up to June 26th inclusive.
Our May monthly club Development Draw was held during our Brampton Academy last Saturday.This is to assist in the repayments on our community 4G Pitch in Maree.First Prize went to Patrick and Mary Lynskey,Second Prize went to Tom Healy while Martin Horgan won Third prize.Martin kindly donated his prize back to our community club.We would encourage parents and community members to consider joining this crucial draw for the cost of a cup of coffee weekly.Thanks to all who support this. Our keeper training continues with our excellent Club Keeper coach Robert Hannan.This coaching is invaluable in a specialist area.Galway Utd Senior Captain Conor Mc Cormack is also assisting our club coaching programme while the likeable Ger Curran is involved in assisting our Brampton Academy schedule.
As club numbers continue to grow, a reminder that you must be registered as a member of the club to train/play with our club. Details can be found on our mobile app (Clubzap) or website. Additionally, before attendance at any session, the C19 questionnaire must be completed on the mobile app (ClubZap ) event for each session (see here for adult players, here for underage).
